HOW TO ORDER?

Here are the steps to order: Go to our website www.backburnshop.com

  1. Choose the item you want to order. Choose the color and size you want.
  2. Add them to your shopping cart.
  3. Click the shopping cart icon on the upper right corner to check out your item.
  4. Upon checkout, complete the necessary information.
  5. Choose the payment option (Cash on Delivery, Visa/Mastercard, BPI bank transfer, GCash, Paymaya, or Tendopay)
  6. Kindly reply/confirm your order upon receiving an SMS from us.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard delivery within Metro Manila is 2-3 working days. We do have SAME-DAY EXPRESS delivery. Cut-off is at 5:00PM

For deliveries to Luzon Area, delivery usually takes 3-5 working days upon shipping out and NOT upon order.

For deliveries to the Visayas and Mindanao Area, delivery usually takes 5-7 working days upon shipping out and NOT upon order.

 

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

We currently do not have a physical store. But you may visit our HQ at 51 Hillside St. Citylane Townhouses Pasig

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days upon receiving the item.We can replace items of the wrong size or if they are damaged, but they must be unused, still has a tag attached, and are in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

To proceed with the replacement, we would need back the item. Kindly follow these steps:

  1. Email the following details
    • Order # for the item
    • Item description or photo
    • The size you want (if with the wrong size) – would be subject to the availability of the requested item
  2. Please send back the item to us
  3. Notify us immediately

 As part of our policy, all shipping costs of returns must be shouldered by the customer.

The processing period for replacements is 10 working days.
