    Return and Exchange Policy

    Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days upon receiving the item.

    We can replace items of the wrong size or if they are damaged, but they must be unused, still has a tag attached, and are in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To proceed with the replacement, we would need back the item. Kindly follow these steps:
    1. Email the following details
    a. Order # for the item
    b. Item description or photo
    c. The size you want (if with the wrong size) – would be subject to the availability of the requested item
    2. Please send back the item to us
    3. Notify us immediately

    As part of our policy, all shipping costs of returns must be shouldered by the customer. Not applicable to damaged items.
